Your use, copying, modification, merging, publication, distribution, sublicensing, and\/or sale of copies of the Software constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this notice.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Usage Rights : The use of the Software, including execution, alteration, and running modified versions, is exclusively permitted under an active subscription of an Axelor Commercial Edition, either Pro or Enterprise Edition, corresponding to the number of users specified and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Restrictions on Redistribution: It is strictly prohibited to publish, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software or any modified versions of the Software.<\/li>\n<li>Official Axelor Partners are authorized to modify, resell, and redistribute the software in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Axelor Partnership Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Copyright and Permission Notice: This copyright notice and permission statement must be included in all copies or substantial segments of the Software.<\/li>\n<li>The software is provided on an \u201cas is\u201d basis without any representations, warranties, covenants, or conditions of any kind (express or implied, statutory or otherwise), including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
