What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Pro includes the commercial license, all business modules, updates, electronic invoices and standard support. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus the built-in artificial intelligence module, advanced business intelligence, single sign-on, the advanced Studio and priority support.
What is the Light User license?
It is a lightweight license for team members who only use a handful of screens: field technicians, production operators, employees who submit an expense report or request time off. It gives access to eight applications and costs €10 per user per month with annual billing, or €12 with no commitment. It is combined with a Pro or Enterprise plan.
Which applications are included in the Light User license?
Eight applications: My leave, My expense reports, My appraisals, My attendance, My planning, On-site services, the inventory barcode operator and the production operator for starting and stopping production. Beyond this scope, a Pro or Enterprise license is required.
What does the AI module in the Enterprise plan include?
The artificial intelligence module includes agents that act directly within your modules: querying your data in natural language, creating any business item in the ERP such as a quote, an order, an invoice or a project, and performing reconciliations or complex searches. Actions natively respect your access rights and permissions.
Why is there a minimum number of users on Pro and Enterprise?
The Pro plan, from 10 users, and the Enterprise plan, from 20 users, include onboarding, support and maintenance sized for enterprise deployments.
Can I deploy in the cloud as well as on my own servers?
Yes. Axelor can be deployed online, in a private cloud or entirely on your own infrastructure, since the platform is open source. This is a key point for organizations that care about data sovereignty, particularly in the public sector.
Do the prices include hidden costs?
No. The advertised price is per user per month and covers the license, updates and support for the relevant plan. Hosting, integration and any custom development are quoted separately.
