Axelor Commercial License

This document sets forth the terms governing the use of the Axelor Commercial Editions software, encompassing all related files and documentation (collectively referred to as “the Software”), which includes both the Pro and Enterprise editions.

The Software is the exclusive property of Axelor. Your use, copying, modification, merging, publication, distribution, sublicensing, and/or sale of copies of the Software constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this notice.

Usage Rights : The use of the Software, including execution, alteration, and running modified versions, is exclusively permitted under an active subscription of an Axelor Commercial Edition, either Pro or Enterprise Edition, corresponding to the number of users specified and projects.
Restrictions on Redistribution: It is strictly prohibited to publish, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software or any modified versions of the Software.
Official Axelor Partners are authorized to modify, resell, and redistribute the software in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Axelor Partnership Agreement.
Copyright and Permission Notice: This copyright notice and permission statement must be included in all copies or substantial segments of the Software.
The software is provided on an “as is” basis without any representations, warranties, covenants, or conditions of any kind (express or implied, statutory or otherwise), including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Further, Axelor does not represent or warrant that (A) the access to or use of the software will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system, or data, (B) the software will meet your requirements or expectations, or otherwise produce any particular results, (C) errors or defects will be corrected, patches or workarounds will be provided, or Axelor will detect any bug in the software, (D) the software is free of viruses or other harmful components, or (E) third-party disruptions or security breaches of the software will be prevented.
Axelor will not be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect, special, incidental, reliance, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if informed of the possibility of such damages in advance.
