Diversity & Inclusion Report
The purpose of our Diversity & Inclusion Report for 2022 is to track the advancements we’ve made towards our goals of promoting diversity, inclusivity, and representation within Axelor and the wider community.
Diversity & Inclusion: Be Who You Are, Come As You Are
Axelor is proud to have a global team of employees from various countries and backgrounds. Our workforce is highly diverse, with individuals bringing unique perspectives, experiences, and skills to the table. We believe that this diversity is a key strength of our company and helps us to better understand and serve our diverse customer base.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that empowers employees to be their authentic selves.
We want to provide equal opportunities for career growth and development for individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
We value diversity of sexual orientations and promote an environment where all employees feel respected as we believe it contributes to the company's success.
Take Time for Faith
We acknowledge and support religious diversity by providing a day off for religious observance in India and offering staggered work hours during Ramadan in Morocco.
Supporting Unique Needs
We prioritize the well-being of our workforce including those with special needs by providing health benefits and accommodations.
Access to Technology
Axelor's open-source community promotes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity by supporting non-profits and reducing inequalities in access to technology.
Axelor is also thrilled to have received its EcoVadis 2023 rating and bronze medal. This score demonstrates our commitment to issues such as the environment, human and labor rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. It encourages us to continue our efforts to bring about positive change and contribute to a more sustainable future.
A word from Axelor’s HR Manager
«Diversity and inclusion make up the richness of a company's workforce. This is why at Axelor we try to recruit employees from all walks of life, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation or disability, in order to have a true social mix. It is in the true respect of the differences within the same group that we can have a real inclusion where everyone can feel comfortable in being themselves.»
