CITEC was founded in 2012, headquartered in Dalian, China, and has a branch in Tokyo, Japan, designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprise customers, specializing in ERP integration, customization, Web engineering architecture, business intelligence, offshore outsourcing, and project consulting business. There are nearly 50 employees in both regions.
